The dude is still insanely Toxic in game and in chat.

How is he avoiding bans? He actually typed "You guysd r Garbage" and "youy guis are so bad" in chat multiple times while also harassing with passive aggressive shit like "lol good flash" or "nice 1" constantly after a team member makes a bad play

Is Riot letting this go for the publicity? Like I don't get it

Somebody please explain to me because I would of gotten banned already for far less

My Main account is HenrayHikari and down my match history you will see him in two of my games. Both games the dude was toxic even in an obvious stomp

I'd have to guess its just that people don't report him often. I've seen him typing those kinds of things every time I've watched his stream.

Those lines can be annoying especially if you're already tilted, yes, but aren't really punish worthy, though.
