So my account has never been banned or been in any sort of trouble, and im in my lobby for champ select and it tell me i have been perma banned? isnt that crazy? has anyone been perm banned the first time?? like..... this must be some sort of mistake

This is actually your 3rd penalty. So, you were warned twice before this perma-ban. Your last penalty was less than a month ago too, so not so long ago.
If you disagree with the penalty, please post the chat logs and we can discuss them.

it is possible to get perma ban for first offense in cases of extreme toxicity (death threats, racism, etc) or for using scripts (if you have any add ons like lolwiz or something this can sometimes be the case) check your mail, if this is the case there should be a message explaining ban
did they say what year you were banned till?

there was no extreme toxicity, there were no death threats, there was no racism, but im still perm banned... they cant ban me just for my summoner name, its not offensive, it must be some kind of mistake.

In any case, it CAN happen that you get hit with a zero-to-permaban punishment if the Rioter in question that pulled the trigger decides he wants to permaban you.
