This is actually your 3rd penalty. So, you were warned twice before this perma-ban. Your last penalty was less than a month ago too, so not so long ago.
If you disagree with the penalty, please post the chat logs and we can discuss them.

it is possible to get perma ban for first offense in cases of extreme toxicity (death threats, racism, etc) or for using scripts (if you have any add ons like lolwiz or something this can sometimes be the case) check your mail, if this is the case there should be a message explaining ban

What I'm surprised at is that you got an immediate perma, not that you got a perma. The above chat would work its way up to a perma regardless. It's just normally people get perma'd for chats like the one you pasted after escalation to 25 game chat restrict or 14-day ban first.<---then it doesn't have to be perm-worth to get a perm.

Even if I do find someone that I don't think is someone I feel like having discussions with I just mute them, and move on. My allies never screw me over out of spite, and they tend to listen to my suggestions since they have no reason not to trust me at that point. I also have more wins than losses overall, which I think that is partly responsible for. Just sayin

That's the normal progression, but it's not a promised progression. Certain kinds of toxicity can cause you to skip levels, including all the way to the perma ban. Do you have the chat logs that were sent to you? Without them we can only guess, and with them we may be able to help you identify the cause.
Edit: Saw the logs. DEFINITELY punishment worthy (and ultimately ban worthy), although given some of the stuff I've seen I'm a little puzzled about the immediate escalation to a permanent ban -- I'd have assumed this would get you a chat restriction or 14 day ban first. Have you ever been punished in the past?

Hm. Interesting. I'd consider putting a ticket in to Support to see if you can find out more details. You're unlikely to be able to contest the ban (given that chat history is DEFINITELY toxic), but you might be able to find out why you were escalated immediately to a permanent ban.
A tip if you do that though -- if you want ANY chance of getting somewhere, try to be as polite and friendly as possible. Remember that the guy on the other end isn't the one who banned you, and most Rioters (all, in my personal experience) DO actually want to help the playerbase when possible. If you're polite and understanding you're more likely to get someone willing to do a big of digging and see what's up with this case.

Having talked to many Riot employees personally for a variety of reasons? This is pretty flatly incorrect. Basically every employee there is actually SUPER devoted to trying to make the best player experience possible. The canned responses that the boards sometimes see are because there are some situations that are common enough that they NEED them due to the sheer volume of traffic Riot gets. But if you don't think it's worth trying by all means don't feel obligated to.

OP was lying. I never lied. I was hit with a zero-to-permaban punishment which was later rescinded after a secondary review. Riot Tantram says I was never permabanned except I have a ton of evidence that indicates that to have been the case, once again if you are interested the threads are extremely easy to find but I doubt you are anything other than a troll.
