Perma banned?

Just wondering why I got banned for two weeks without the chat ban first? And now I get perma banned because a duo reported me for feeding on xerath vs a zed. Also one more thing which I think would be beneficial for future players because I am absolutely done with this game, is to very specifically say after the first ban that if you even mess up once you will be perma banned. I started playing league this year transferring from call of duty and man are the criteria a lot different. feelsbadman

They actually do say that - when you get a 14 day ban it explicitly states that future negative behavior will warrant a permanent suspension.
