because of ''abusive, player reported comms.'' when they show me my chat logs, there only come up 1 game when i said nothing really offensive. should 1 game result in a 2 week ban? And this guy i was talking to said that he was a riot guy and that his report would definently result in a ban, but he didnt have something to indicate that he was from riot. He said to me ''who do u think u are talking to?'' ''riot?'' I dont think that someone from riot would say that.

Since the change of the behavioral system since Aug-2015, there are now 4 tiers of punishment:
Unless you decayed from your current punishment tier (done by playing lots of games), you will always move up the ladder when you get punished. Extreme toxicity can skip punishment tiers and this includes toxicity in pre/post game chat.
When you get a 15-day ban, it's lesser about "is this chat worth 15-day ban", but more about "is this chat punishment worthy" and "did you get a 25-game chat restriction".

Only from 1 game and i have had friends that have said much more coarse things and they didnt get this punishment.
