Something has to be done about this

Queued up for the first game of the new year and was instantly greeted by my own team mate banning out the champion i hover over. Whatever, entered the game after a JG was picked up and an support thinking "This must be a new meta i guess". Obviously it was not left my adc bot lane alone as she followed around the jg. Not as a duo jg just followed him and as he came towards my lane, would use her wall to stop me from running towards my tower and would try to eat me and spit me towards the enemy . Obviously we were playing a 3v5 and chose not to take part on this ridiculous behavior and would not allow these trolls to mess with our KDA, we sat at base and not let the trolls force our deaths.

As the end of the game came i was greeted by a little message saying something along the lines of AFK behavior and lower priority queue for 5 games. 20 minutes i have to wait before entering a queue for 5 games because of trolls that Riot refuses to get out of the game. Please I want SOMEONE to explain to me how this is leaving me at fault and punished while these trolls go on to their next game just to do it all over again?
