First of all... I can't make a ticket in the support section it keeps kicking/signing me off. Idk why.
Now off to my real issue..
I had like a 20 game chat restriction where i can't /all chat and only speak every few minutes. Well i completed this like maybe 20 games ago, i can chat normally now.. HOWEVER... I'm STILL getting the end game debuff where i can't earn prizes from reaching a new mastery level or getting an S rank...
Please help T_T

BlueThingamajig1 votesThere's a thread floating around somewhere, but to sum it up: You must demonstrate that you've reformed (by not being VALIDLY reported for a period of time) to receive hextech loot. There's no admin responsible for it, its completely automatic.
