Banning system is wrong in so many levels. Banned Permanently.

Just got banned permanently for saying open mid and ff few times. This banning system is so wrong, watch dunkey video, that video is so true. Perma ban? really? for what? I didnt harras anyone, maybe I was negative, but my team still can mute me and ignore me. What can I do when someone is trolling in my team? nothing. when someone is harrasing me I mute him. but when I report for feeding (on purpose) and trolling nothing happens. Perma ban for negative behavior? You can mute me forever, or even disable my chat so I will not be able to type anything. how about permanently chat restriction? sounds fair. but ban? the trollers should be banned but riot doesn't even give a warning. So much solutions to solve the toxicity, but no, lets just close his account forever. sigh I guess this is the end of my account, one year of playing this game. I survived s5 and s6 champion balance, the matchmaking system, the dynamic queue abuers,the queue times,elo boosted players, but this is the end.

just make a new account. dont buy RP. The whole system is a failure. The trolls live on, and those frustrated by the trolls get banned. Been that way for a while.

The thing is, each time you get banned, you get some insight into how the system flags. Learn to work around it. The guys trolling you for a reaction, certainly figured it out.

But I can tell you from experience, it is not so much what you say or do, but rather how many reports you receive. That is the fundamental thing to understanding the system.

When you get trolled, dont type anything. You just have to realize one of your mouth breathing teammates might think you were the cause of the loss and just report you because they are mad in general (reports are used vindictively by the kiddies). just mute all and split push and farm the jungle and try to draw as little attention as possible. lots of random reports are going out in games like this. You want those reports falling on anyone but you because if you get enough false reports, the system cant distinguish legitimate reports-- as evidenced by the chat logs on this forum. If you type, anything, even if its not breaking summoner code, you will probably get some reports and this community rarely overturns punishments. Its a pathetic system, but it is what it is.

It's really simple. An automated system cannot accurately determine whether a person is toxic or not. It's like having an automated court system, imagine the mess society would be in. We need a human, we need human judgment. We need the tribunal back. I do not know why it's been down for maintenance for so long.

unfortunatly i must agree with this post.

most players who flame and curse are doing it just because their teammates are making fatal errors \ throws and you can always mute them but when there is a troll you cant do anything. i will always remember when i had in one of my games ZIGGS JUNGLE who fed and trolled the entire game and i raged and cursed at him - i got chat restricted and he got nothing, i know i deserve a punishment but so as he.

even though i know that flaming is a bad thing to do where is the justice? how come a player who wants to enjoy a game needs to waste 20 min (minimum, in my case ziggs had a premade) needs to face a troll, who is clearly enjoying ruining everybody's game, and than gets banned? the problem is not how riot treat players who flame and curse its how they dont treat the players that cause them to do so.

real toxic players are a minority (tyler1 is a great example) but most players who get banned for flaming are raging about other's lack of abillity and its really hard to stop doing it because its part of the feelings that players get while they are playing games.

Riot should take trolls and int players more seriously than flamers cause they are the real toxic in this game and i hope that they will eventually change the banning system.
