Previously, I was slightly "toxic" if you may, which I understand, and received a 25 game chat restriction. I got this by "flaming" people who would intentionally afk, intentionally feed and harassed teammates stating they would never get banned for such behavior. Apparently stating enjoy your ban is toxic now? I was unaware of this. Hence, I decided to stop communicating with these players during my chat restrict. Eventually, I gained my rewards back, and low and behold, a level 2 bot renk decided to greif botlane. I was supp, he died 5 times 100% greifing, he would run into them and wait till he died, the whole team knew it. He didn't care, his name was 'WHY U INT" . One disagreement to positioning and a death lead to him doing this. His behavior ruined the game for everyone, the enemy team even starting greifing, the enemy kat continually died on purpose, enemy Ashe afkd. All because of this player. Read the chat, the stuff he was saying back included harassment of every player, statements saying we know nothing and that he wouldn't get punished at all. I'm sorry but how is saying enjoy your deserved ban toxic, reiterating the rules that are supposdely being used for all of us bannable? This is ridiculous. I can't even submit a ticket because it's not allowing me to login to the ticket system, but here. Can a Riot employee please explain this ban, I would love to hear how in ANY SENSE, I was slightly toxic when dealing with a horribly abusive player that no one should have to deal with. I used the mute button, and we cannot surrender till 20min. Oh, and to explain the last part. He was asking me and others to add him, to watch him "not get banned" for this. Do I really need to say more. This isn't even a Dunkey situation, I wasn't toxic to players or teammates, I was hardly if anything toxic to a extremely toxic individual, which I argue I wasn't toxic at all. And I'm the one who gets a perma ban. I played the game out fully and won, and this player gets a win while I'm perma banned? Really? is this how league should work?

All your buddies you linked to this thread will downvote me, but I don't care. I'll tell you why you got banned.

First, you already had a 25-game chat restriction. Any offense after that is a 14-day ban. Even "little" things. Riot wants you to stop behaving like this so they're putting you on a shorter rope. Specifically, these lines are not okay:

You even mentioned in your logs you know one report is enough, yet you still tell people to report him? Just report him and move on. Asking for reports is against the rules. Doubt you'll get this overturned.

That's a crazy amount of harassment. I mean I've heard worse, but still I would have reported you. Typing in chat is distracting and annoying when all it is is harassment. You were clearly too focused on typing to play the game. It's be easier to win with a inter then that*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*

Asking for reports from other players is harassment. Each player should make his or her own decision on if a troll is worthy of a report

Based on your match history, it looks like you might have had a 14 day temp ban 3 or 4 months ago...

Based on your chat logs, you already know the report system is boolean and you also know that you should just mute, report, and move on. However, rather than muting, reporting, and moving on, you chose to continuously harass your teammates and clog your team chat. This chat log on a clean account would have earned you a 10 or 25 game chat restriction.

Since you got a permanent ban and you also say that it's because of prior reports, that pretty much means you did get a 14 day temp ban 3 or 4 months ago. If you read your notice, it tells you that your NEXT punishment is a permanent ban. You ignored your reform card.

Based on your gaming break, it sounds like you know that Tantram said on average, it takes 3 months for a 14 day temp banned player to get back into good standing. However, it seems like you don't know that you don't go down the punishment escalation system by not playing the game and waiting. You go down the escalation system by playing games and showing that you are not toxic.

So far, they are telling me nothing can be done, it was an automatic ticket and even if it was a mistake, which they wont confirm, they are saying they cant do anything about it, the ticket system is pointless. They've really said nothing about this. What a disgrace to the community the system is now..
