Confused...Need an answer. Unfair.
Yesterday I got an email about my other account: 123blooddrunk from riot stating I was suspended for 2 weeks for violating terms of use. I was playing fine all day the night before and nothing was going on. I did not receive a warning, a chat log, a report card or anything. I later posted on the boards stating the issue and got a response from a red saying that "If the message was vague it is because they assume you know what you did and if you want more details you have to contact support."
I contacted support and got a message back saying I was suspended for 2 weeks because I was using foul language and they would direct my ticket to a behavior specialist so they can provide me with more information. I never got a warning about my behavior or anything just went straight to a 2 week suspension. I did not get the standard 10 game chat ban>25 game chat ban>2 week suspension. I also was not provided with any logs or report cards in the email or even upon logging in (can't even log in).
The thing is I was saying bad words because I got frustrated with myself, but they were appearing as asterisks on my screen so I don't understand why I was suspended for that because it isn't fair. I found out that there is a language filter toggle so it is possible to see the words, but I did not know this and was suspended because of it. First of all I never got a warning so I don't deserve a 2 week suspension and third of all why even have a language filter toggle if you can be suspended/banned for saying bad words?
Completely unfair I deserve an answer.
