So the last game of LoL that I played was December 7th but if I try to log in it tells me I'm banned until the 21st. I only ever play with friends and am Honor 5, what reason would they have to ban me for so long when I haven't even played?
You should have an email that tells you about the punishment. It was most likely boosting related since that's a big one going around right now.

Honor is really irrelevant when it comes to being banned. Because nothing makes you invulnerable to the system. If there is an error, then submit a ticket to Riot. It might be a protection ban.
