Hello guys, i recently got banned from the chat for being a toxic player. And because of this ban, i couldn't earn any chest and keys. But is it normal that even when my chat ban is finished, i still can;t earn some chest and keys . This is what i receive at the end of game : You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions.
Plus i send a message at rot but i'm still waiting for an answer. ( it's been already 3 days).

Yes, there is a period after a punishment that you'll be ineligible for loot. Riot hasn't confirmed, but I've heard it'll be about 35 games played to become eligible after a 10 game chat restriction. Just keep playing games and don't be toxic and you'll work it off soon enough, but if you get punished again you'll have an even longer wait.

This is normal. You have to get back in the good books to be eligible for loot again. It's not enough to just plough through the punishment; Hextech crafting is a reward for good behavior, not for "not-bad" behavior. You have to prove that you are able to continue playing without being toxic, even after the punishment is lifted.
Behave well enough that you don't get reported for your actions, and you'll be back to earning loot in no time. You don't have to be all sugar and kisses, just be constructive and don't throw insults around.
Nobody is earning anything these days, it's normal i think.
