Autofill and people say that will go top/mid/jungle troll pick

hello really can't describe my frustration when someone join tha game and it has autofill and declares to rest of the team that wont go support and will troll pick whatever he likes. And either will destroy the game and loose or will force someone else to leave the game for the shake of the rest of us! Please we need a way to report these guys before the game starts. And there should be a way to force these guys to pick a support champ or leave the game!!! there is guys destrying the experience. I'm 30 years old, i do work all day, i don't have much time to waste and i like when i return home to log in and play 1 or 2 games to relax and go to sleep. And then i meet these guys that really turn me on!! And one last request, there should be something like age much!! i realy can't play along with a 10 year old kid that acts like one! i need to log in, play some games win or loose but knowing that my team did its best. and not playinf with guys that troll pick lee or brand or teemo for support, tridamer mid or anything else that could say that is troll pick. please find a solution for troll picks!!
