You may need to either screenshot them, type them out by hand, or try another form of copy/past (I think you might have to right click the highlighted text in the client?).
Again -- without them we have no real context for your in-game actions and words, if any.

Contact Riot Support if you can't find your logs, don't understand the reason for the ban, or believe it to be in error and can't post your logs here.

So without the logs I can't say much about this specific game.
In general, however, it takes MUCH more than a single game of being reported for a punishment to trigger -- especially if the punishment is a ban. While a game that TRIGGERS the punishment could, in theory, be a false positive, you'd need a backlog of being regularly reported in a large number of your games.
So the likely scenarios are either that there was something in your logs that would result in a ban, OR that you are among the top 5% of reported players, and thus accrued enough reports to trigger a punishment.
Without the logs I can't really guess at which.

It is other language and behavior we're interested in, and why we need the logs to have a productive conversation. That said, asking for reports is not punishable unless it crosses the line and begins to be used as harassment.

You'll see the end of your email there, so unless you have emails that end exactly the same you can tell that way.

From the chat logs posted, that game is NOT the issue. The biggest issue that led to his ban is the derogatory language / hate speech use present in the third game in his logs. Riot has a zero-tolerance policy for that sort of language and, although his other games were only borderline, that sort of language is enough to escalate you up to a punishment or ban.

Game 2: Negative Attitude (Giving up), If you want to surrender, fine, pess the button, and then vote yes or no, and accept the results But don't pull the whole "FF @ 20, I'm done!" act.
Game 3: hate speech, harassment towards your support.

This one is mostly fine, although you probably didn't need to say it three times -- that begins to get close to harassing the player. Just say it once and let the other team do what they want -- you only need a single report, after all, and more reports don't make punishment any more likely. That's an intentional feature of the system to prevent ganging up on a player.
In fact, you don't even NEED to ask for reports, since your report alone does as much as 9 reports.

This is what I was looking for. This sort of language is entirely unacceptable, immediately punishable, and almost always escalates players to at LEAST at 14-day ban, if not a permanent ban. This is the biggest problem here, and Riot does not and will not roll back any punishment that involves this sort of toxicity and derogatory language.
