Is this considered a suspension by Riot?

About 10 minutes ago, my client blacked out during the loading screen after champ select. A network connection popped up and suggested checking my connection because it could not connect to the client server. I check and found that my internet connection was fine because I was able to access the internet and access my other internet-based applications. Now, when I click on the League application on my desktop, nothing happens. I was wondering if perhaps the inability to open the application had been caused by my teammates reporting me for the afk (most likely) and if I had possibly gotten banned or suspended? If so, is there a way to check the duration of this suspension? This has never happened to me before and I have never been known to get reported. Any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Just had that from last game. Don't worry about it, it's Rito's fault and no you're not banned.

As long as you are not a chronic leaver, I don't think you have even the slightest chance of getting a ban. You might get a light Leaver Buster punishment, but honestly I don't think you'll get anything. The Leaver Buster system was designed with occasional disconnects in mind.

Sounds like a client issue. Time to play sheepherder! (no seriously try. http://www.sheepgame.co.uk )

Pull up your task manager, see if League client or any "LoL related apps are showing as running under process not apps. If so manually close them, then try to reopen League.
