A thurrow solo queue reform

Hello everyone,yesterday I uninstalled league of legends because of the horrible community... I was playing since 2012, and was a platinum solo queue player so I think I can provide quite a realistic comment about it. I was playing a ranked game,had 5 items in 30 minutes,and lost it because of the following: my mid was flaming everyone the entire game,having absolutely no skill,just a gigantic ego. Finally someone stood up to defend himself and his teammates by insulting him, so he started trolling and feeding the enemy team for 15 minutes until they finally wrecked us a in a teamfight 5v4 late game thanks to him. my question is,how long will this banning system work in favor for toxic players,trolls and kids and how on earth can our punishments be equal? I'm tired of getting warnings/bans for negative attitude when I flame a troll,because he totally deserved it. When will riot start permabanning those kind of people? no warnings,no time bans, only permabans,that is the only way that all of the community will start acting as adults. 99% of players (including me) don't have time or will to chat with the troll in game trying to convince him that we need him or that he is not so bad, we are concentrated on the game and we don't care about his family problems or anything else except his skills. I love the game, I love playing normals with a premade team, but everything else is a complete nightmare. Please,start permabanning for every kind of trolling or childish acting, it is unexcusable, and be more fair to the people who lose games because of that kind of acting,it is completely logical that we aren't gonna stand silent and watch our mouth because someone is playing God in our team and deciding our game's faith. I know that maybe this seems brutal,but I strongly believe that this is the only way that this community will become any better at all. Have a nice day
