Hello, today I am here asking for an unban.

First off I know I've been toxic in the past, as my first 2 week ban taught me a valuable lesson. I would also like to state that I was never given a chat restriction, just a straight up 2 week then a perma. I don't feel that what I did to get perma ban deserved a perma. From the first game, here are the chat logs.

Towards the end of this chat log it may seem I'm tilted or acting toxic but I was just making conversation. If you were to watch the gameplay along with the chat, it is only conversation and slight banter. Now the second game I trolled and told someone to kill themselves, as a joke. I even apologized but I still get banned for this.

Please let me know your thoughts, I think I should be given another chance because I was never given a chat restricted warning, as were some other players.

Given that you have had a 2 week suspension, which made explicitly clear that any further negativity would result in a permanent suspension, the question here is not "did this deserve a permanent ban" but "did this deserve any sort of punishment at all".

The answer to that is undoubtedly yes - it appears your 2 week ban was only about a week ago that it ended - and you returned within a week to be extremely negative - including telling someone to kill themselves - which is never a joke ever in life (save very limited circumstances between friends where there is an inside component to it - none of which is present in League).

You knew you were on thin ice, and you returned to being a negative Nelly in your games - thus this is certainly a merited permanent ban - and telling someone to kill themselves makes it virtually certain this will not be overturned.

Jokes are supposed to be funny. Riot doesn't consider telling people to kill themselves to be a joke. You were warned to be on your best behavior, so it really shouldn't be a surprise that this happened.

Riot's zero tolerance rule covers everyone equally, and so it is inherently fair. Good luck with your next account.

Oops. Didn't need a Game 1. You said another thing that breaks Riot's zero tolerance policy. Apologizing for it afterwards doesn't matter as far as the automatic system is concerned. In fact, the words "kill yourself" in your apology are probably just as bad as the "kys" as far as the system is concerned.
