Just got an email saying i was banned.
I put in a support ticket but wondered if anyone else had any idea what was going on as last time it took them forever to get back to me. I haven't played on my account since march, in September i got an email thanking me for my riot points purchases. I don't have a card on file anymore for lol so i was confused as to how and why things were being purchased on me account. I moved to reset my password but no matter what i changed it to it would not take it on the login screen i had to get support to manually reset it then i could change it. I never got an email saying someone requested a password change etc. So no clue how someone could change my password without me knowing if there are systems in place to protect against that. I logged in and saw someone had played a match with one of the new heroes and bought a couple skins and transferred my account to turkey, then back again a few days before i logged in. I changed the password again, contacted support to get any refund (if applicable) and inform them there was fradulent activity on my account. Fast forward to today i get an email :

I have had my account since beta and would rather not lose it when i haven't played on it since march and even let them know someone else had access to my account. Anyone have any insight on what is going on here?
