Just got an email saying i was banned.

I put in a support ticket but wondered if anyone else had any idea what was going on as last time it took them forever to get back to me. I haven't played on my account since march, in September i got an email thanking me for my riot points purchases. I don't have a card on file anymore for lol so i was confused as to how and why things were being purchased on me account. I moved to reset my password but no matter what i changed it to it would not take it on the login screen i had to get support to manually reset it then i could change it. I never got an email saying someone requested a password change etc. So no clue how someone could change my password without me knowing if there are systems in place to protect against that. I logged in and saw someone had played a match with one of the new heroes and bought a couple skins and transferred my account to turkey, then back again a few days before i logged in. I changed the password again, contacted support to get any refund (if applicable) and inform them there was fradulent activity on my account. Fast forward to today i get an email :

Riot Games Player Support

I have had my account since beta and would rather not lose it when i haven't played on it since march and even let them know someone else had access to my account. Anyone have any insight on what is going on here?

Looks like they found some suspicious activity on your account and locked it for security reasons.

Just need to wait for the ticket, answer some security questions and they'll release it.

Well you will need to wait for support to give you the reason.

Could be 3rd party programs were used on your account. Could be he chargebacked his purchases of RP when he used your account. Could simply be account sharing.

I'm not OP but I could really use some help on my position here. My account was permanently suspended for third party programs. I used custom skins and from what I have heard, the only legitimate program that can get you suspended was MKJogo. I have used it before, but not after the warnings that were sent out beforehand. Anyways, to go into more detail, I have made 3 forum posts over the past few months with lots of comments, views and upvotes without a Riot response. I feel like my ban was really unwarranted and it really hit me with depression knowing that I have basically loss all my progress and money I had put into that account. So I am here on the forums because this is really the best way to communicate with riot and I have seen many receive help here from similar situations like mine.

The average wait time on a support ticket is 4-7 days for the first response, after that any replies to the original ticket are responded 12-24 hours after each comment.
