Pre-made Parties are more dangerous than ever

So I queue for a normals solo queue match, and I get my hands on Illaoi going as support. I like to have fun, I really do; but when I see my Jinx ADC come at 20 cs at 10 minutes, my Ryze Mid lose to a Tahm (that became 3/0/1 at 10 minutes), and a Sejuani that loves trying to 1v1 a Kayle, things get pretty frustrating. I haven't said anything remotely toxic or unsportsmanlike besides "You could work on your cs skills Jinx, take your time last-hitting". By the time we reach the inevitable surrender by my team, I realize they were pre-made ( the Jinx, Ryze, and Sejuani). I am pretty frustrated by this point and restrain to myself to a statement along the lines of "You guys weren't the best".

IMMEDIATELY, I received a pop-up of offensive language and unsportsmanlike (along those lines) and I know for a fact all three of them reported me for my last statement.

I'm not sure of you guys but I'm not happy with this injustice this system is bringing. I know the system isn't perfect, but I can't stand the fact I was vilified by a pre-made who just didn't like what I wasn't saying, let alone happen at all (albeit my frustration at the end). If pre-made parties are pretty much able to "gang-up" on practically innocent summoners, especially on things that they haven't committed, shows the flaws of the system currently in place.

I know this is just one game, but I'm pretty sure this kind of scenario has happened to many summoners already in the face of pre-made parties. This is just me just venting on the injustice I received. Thoughts?

First, the pop up you received is just a warning that you received a spike in reports lately, that's it. It doesn't mean that you will be punished anytime soon. The system also sends out these warnings without checking for false reports, so it's entirely possible to receive one of these warnings purely from false reports. The punishment system, on the other hand, does indeed check for false reports before handing out punishments, so you won't be punished for false reports. If you absolutely know that you did nothing wrong/punishable, then you can safely ignore the warning.

Just note, though, that retaliating against negative players with your own negative behavior is not acceptable and can get you punished. If you meet someone who is toxic in chat, the best thing for you to do is to ignore them and report them after the game.

Second, as far as reports go, the system doesn't actually look at the raw number of reports a player has received. Instead, it looks at the percentage of games that player has been reported in. This essentially means that 1 report in a single game is treated the same as 9 reports in a single game. This is to prevent premade parties from having too much power over solo players, as well as give solo players a strong enough voice when they run into toxic premades.

Yeah, I know. I've had plenty of games where I had some snarky comment or complaint typed up and my finger hovering over the "Enter" key. I usually remind myself the player isn't worth the effort and hit Escape, instead, and the comment disappears into nothing.

False positives are thrown out, if you don't say anything then nothing will happen.

Oh, didn't know that. Well, I'm glad it doesn't add offense strikes to my account at least. The thing is, it's realistically hard to NOT express my frustration. I know I shouldn't, but I'm pretty sure you guys have been at that tipping point at one point or another. It's just hard y'know?
