LeaveBuster Akward situation

I just got LeaveBuster out of completing a normal AI match There are times when I'm forced to leave matches mid-game, due to health issues, but they are almost always normal games with friends, who are already aware of this, or AI games But right now, after the match that occored at 05 December, by 15:17, suffering a LeaveBuster ? I stood quiet in the nexus for about less than 5 minutes, arguing with a Jinx who had come to my Top lane even tough she said she would go bot on Lobby, after the useless arguing I went to the jungler and no suprise, she backed off her lane to kill the jungler monsters as well I was already steaming by that time, threating her that I would report her, be it a AI game or not, since bot game or not, there has to be respect between players I went to bot lane, where Riven actually allowed me, and then Jinx TELEPORTED THERE as well, to keep stealing both minions and enemies Game was finished, I reported her, and to my suprise, I'M THE ONE who gets LeaveBuster ?

All this was stated as a Request to Riot Games Support, their answer being "Due to a recent left game or AFK on your account, LeaverBuster has placed you into a low-priority queue" This leads me to think eitheir this was a automated message, or something doesnt make sense to me, since i got in this situation after sucessfully ending a normal match ? It looks like i got AFK punishment for NOT being AFK

Furthering my statement with another reply to their answer about me goign AFK due to technical issues

And personally, there is no technical issue, there is a health issue How does this affect my gameplay ? 1 hour limit, and as such, the moment im noticed bypassing that limit, Im forced to leave, be it during a match or not, even if our team is currently attacking the enemy nexus Thats why i prefer the old method, i would prefer to be unabble to play during a timeline, instead of this current system, and why ? Very simple: a match never goes beyond 1 hour, at least from what i know, BUT can easily surpass the 40 minutes ( and thats because 20 minutes have already been spent duo to LeaveBuster ), then again leading to a eventually forced AFK situation

Thats why i usully limit myself to AI matches, since even if a player disconnect, so does the bot itself, and it becomes 4vs4, besides, player are fighting against bots, loosing is nearly impossible, so i dont understand why that necessity to prejudice AFK player on a BOT game

On PvP i understand it, thats why i only play actual pvp with party members and friends, players who are aware of my condition and dont mind me going AFK because even if they lose due to that, they can always do another match ( something I kinda envy on them, their gameplay time is not limited by their health )

Sounds like LoL is not for you. Try another game.

The leaver buster system is independent from the report system. Leaver buster does still apply to AI games. It is an unfortunate situation, and I really feel bad for you, but honestly there's not much that you can do.

Then something doesnt make sense, if LeaveBuster is independent from Report System, how did i end up with it, on this very situation ? I didnt went AFK, i didnt even got the message alert that being too much time quiet would disconnect me, i finished the match from beginning t othe end, so HOW did i end up with LeaveBuster, i ask again ?

If someone is harrassing you, your best option us to mute (removes the temptation to argue/retaliate) and report them in the post game screen.

As far as the leaves go, the system treats all leaves, afk's, idling, etc. the same. It's the only way to fairly handle it. If you have health issues that may prevent you from completing games and have friends who are ok with it, your best option is to play with those friends in custom games. There is no LeaverBuster monitoring in that format.

Yes, you are the one who gets LeaverBuster because you are the one who has been leaving/AFKing/idiling in matchmade games.

But now, on this very situation, the one player who has been disrespect is the one to be punished ?

Just like for Chat Restriction, like how it doesn't matter that you were "disrespected" by your "feeding teammate" and you would be punished for calling them "retarded, incompetent bucket of &%^*#$I", it doesn't matter what that player did.

They are responsible for them, and you are responsible for what you do.

Ah, but see, you stood still too long. Even though you were talking, you were inactive during that time. That's why the system flagged you. You can submit a ticket to protest and have it removed.

The secret is to participate. Attack something. Otherwise, the automated system assumes you are AFK and reacts accordingly.

If you only have 1 hour to play, then SR might not be the right format for you. Granted, the recent changes seem to have sped up average times, but that doesn't include the time spend in queue or in champion select. Just so you know: running through ARAM's can work off the LB penalties, and are generally much shorter than SR games, so those might work better for you.

You said this happened in a Co-op vs AI game? Yeah, that Jinx might have acted like a jerk by interfering with your CS. But trying to argue just lets them know they've gotten under your skin and some people just think it's funny to get another player to retaliate.

If she followed you into the jungle, then why not use her to get Dragon? As Azir, you can stand back much further than Jinx can (meaning she'll tank the damage since your sand warriors are untargetable). If she happens to survive or get the kill? At least you'll still get the assist gold and the team bonus.

Unfortunately, there's an attitude that bot games are trollable; that no one really cares about them because of how easy they tend to be.

And you missed what we've been trying to tell you: Running around the nexus, dancing at the fountain, spending several minutes typing has no difference to your team as if you get up an walk away. You may be sitting at your computer doing just enough not to be auto dc'd, but you may as well be gone. Only two minutes? You have to have seen enough games to know that's more than enough time to lose a team fight, Dragon, and maybe a couple towers.

And again: If you only play with your friends in bot matches, you might find it less stressful in Customs. You can make it so there are only your friends in the game, and you won't get hit with another LB penalty. Sounds like a win to me.

He still hasn't grasped the concept that sitting his Fountain for 5 minutes typing is AFK'ing.
