Well today, my computer froze and I was mid-game with one of my friends. So i manually restart my computer come back into the game but we lost anyways. Now i have a 5 game 20 minute low priority queue for something that was not intentional, I even reconnected and got the low priority queue, is there any way to appeal this, or is it just that you have to live through the 100 minutes of queueing for something that is not my fault? Please help

Generally speaking, Riot (as well as most organizations) consider your equipment to be your responsibility. If your computer is having technical difficulties, it is considered your fault if they prevent you from playing League of Legends, similar to if your car continually breaks down you would get in trouble for missing work repeatedly. If you choose to play League of Legends, it's up to you to ensure your computer is working properly.

Further, you do not get a 20 minute queue for one instance of leaving/AFKing. A 20 minute queue is the result of a pattern over time with many games of AFK/leaving. As such, either you've had these problems frequently before or you've left games intentionally before. In either case, the system is working properly and issuing you the punishment as a notice to either fix your computer issues so this doesn't happen again, or to stop intentionally leaving games.
