So last time I played being earlier this morning everything was fine and I know for a fact I didn't get reported once because I wasn't even talking, and I can't even recall when I was last muted; I've already been chat restricted before and learned my lesson after that. I try to play now to check out the new queue I see this and my email has no new mail explaining why I was banned. I hope this is some kind of april fools prank or something

DynastyNam1 votesIt is probably for third party illegal software because I got banned for that and have been going crazy messaging support.
They keep saying they have extensive evidence of me hacking but I seriously have not once hacked. I will not stop until I get my damn account unbanned. Ive played for over 3 years 3000+ hours invested, I am seriously not dumb enough to hack this game....
Edit: for the past 5 days, it takes them ages to reply...
Exides1 votesThe only third party software I use is Wooxy to get the japanese voices installed and championify to get meta item sets incorporated in my client. I don't think neither are ban worthy though? ?? I could be wrong though; clearly.
DynastyNam1 votesI personally am not even sure, I have heard of Wooxy but not of the japanese voices. The voices should not get you banned as a friend of mine has had some DJ Khaled voice over on his league client LOOL. But honestly I have no clue what is going on, for the past few days with this I have just had stress due to an overly attached mental disorder I have :/
Like losing something or someone that you have been or have been attached to for so long, it is in all honesty causing me grief.
I know that is weird but mental disorders are real and I am a grown man and this still causes me crazy amount of stress and pain.

Exides1 votesI just received an update from riot support and apparently I was banned for scripting or other unauthorized third party programs, and neither of the third party programs I have install that I listed give me any sort of competitive advantage over anyone one gives me voices and one basically gives me probuilds in my client

Exides1 votesIt doesn't really add anything to the game though it just automatically creates the item sets for you. Like if I was banned for toxicity it would let me log onto the game still and then show me the tribunal messages before kicking me off from what my friends show me, but with this ban I'm given absolutely 0 context especially since my email has nothing in it.
