So last time I played being earlier this morning everything was fine and I know for a fact I didn't get reported once because I wasn't even talking, and I can't even recall when I was last muted; I've already been chat restricted before and learned my lesson after that. I try to play now to check out the new queue I see this and my email has no new mail explaining why I was banned. I hope this is some kind of april fools prank or something
Check the junk and spam folders, to be sure they aren't in there.
It is probably for third party illegal software because I got banned for that and have been going crazy messaging support.
They keep saying they have extensive evidence of me hacking but I seriously have not once hacked. I will not stop until I get my damn account unbanned. Ive played for over 3 years 3000+ hours invested, I am seriously not dumb enough to hack this game....
Edit: for the past 5 days, it takes them ages to reply...
It might be the item set mod, since Riot does have item customization native to the client.
My brother actually got hacked and after a week riot got his account back and said everything was ok. First time he tried to login in it said he was permabanned
