Hey there, I've recently been pretty toxic and I admit I deserved my punishment on my other account and I got banned for 2 weeks. My ban is already gone. I got it on 10th August.
I got told that if you were issued a ban after 22nd August, you'd not be able to get this year's rewards. Here comes my question, am I going to get my ranked rewards if I got banned before 22nd August, but which ended after the date?

Where did you read that the cutoff date was the 22nd? In the last few seasons, you'd lose rewards if you got banned within 3 months of the season ending. If the season ended on November 10th, then the cutoff date would be August 10th; a ban that was issued before then wouldn't count, even if it ended afterward. Going by those past rules, if the season ends after November 22nd then you're in the clear (granted you don't get banned again). Being chat restricted when the season ended also made you ineligible, and being banned for MMR Boosting makes you ineligible for the entire season.
However, those are past rules. This season's rules have not been announced yet (unless I missed it), but it's not unreasonable to expect identical or similar ones.
From the FAQ:
Players** issued a ban **of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
Sounds like your ban was issued before the date so as long as you don't get punished again you should be ok
Ok since the FAQ for this season did go up, it's for bans that were issued after that date. If it was issued before, you're ok even if it ended after.
