My friends and I got banned because our accounts were stolen

I've been trying for about 2 weeks to tell Riot that my friends and I were unfairly banned and they refuse to unban us. I have been talking to Jenny711 and she has been quite nice to me, pretty sure just a bot. But I have also been very nice to her telling her about everything and shes saying that they can't unban me, but she said "I'm not seeing any suspicious activity on your account. Keep in mind account sharing is against our terms of use". I really don't know what to say to that, they couldn't look at my IP or anything and tell that the other IP isn't mine? I've never let anyone on my account because I dont want them to mess with my runes, one of the reason why I really want my account back. Can't they see that my friends' and my account are link? I really need some advice with this or if someone can convince Riot or something I would love that because this is just BS. I have been playing league for about 4 years and that account is my favourite account and I know this is gonna sound ridiculous but I've spent over $1000 on league and I either want my money back or my account. I just want someone's help please. My account is ExoDaHuntar, my friends are TheRebornClone, MazonyDaHuntar, and Shirokun.

You've got to do better to convince them that it's not you who got the ban. I can play LOL on a laptop at home or at the Starbucks in the mall and pop up under 2 different IP addresses, so that's not typically a valid way to identify a stolen account, unless the login happened across the country or the world in an impossible amount of time. Additionally, in the Terms of Service, Riot basically has a clause that states you are paying for their services and digital goods for indefinite use of which you don't actually own, so they are not beholden to refunding you any amount of money you've spent on the game.

So quick update, they said I was account sharing... Yep tots I was account sharing with someone I don't know and didn't know had my account. This is really stupid, I can't believe Riot I used to like them before this shit happened. I've been a legit player ever since I started and I see these league streamers saying how fucked up they are and how real scripters don't get banned for months I didn't really believe them until now.
