The system has banned me wrongfully for "intentional feeding" and I sent a message to the support 10 hours ago they haven't replied. Can you tell them to hurry please I'm on holiday I wanna play

You're likely just going to have to wait. Don't bump your ticket with additional replies because that just places it at the back of the line.
That Poppy game was pretty suspicious. You had died initially by going into the enemy jungle, alone. Then you died several times at your blue buff, but I could see dying there due to frustration and just trying to clear your jungle. What’s mostly suspicious are the two times you die in lane, to the midlaner and bot.
If this wasn’t intentional, realize that when you give first blood, you have to adjust your strategy accordingly, which means giving up camps unless you have help.
But overall, you’ll need to wait until they respond to your ticket; bumping your ticket moves it to the bottom of the queue.
On first inspection, I can't see any blatant cases of inting jumping out at me. Your deaths are high in a lot of games, but so are the deaths of your teammates. I'm most likely missing something obvious.
But remember, a single death fed intentionally is still intentional feeding.
