Instant 14 days ban after 1 game behaivor? Is it normal?

So, today i received a 14day ban from riot. which i found it weird because it was a game that happened 3 days ago. and in my entire league life i've NEVER received a warning or a chat restrict.

yeah, i was a bit hotheaded but it was 1 game out of 400 were i actually talked. Never been chat restricted or a warning whatsoever. ofcourse its not good what ive done, but yeah giving me a instant 14 days ban is no mercy

You were given the wrong chat logs, which is why it seemed strange the game was from 3 days ago. You can write in to player support for the correct logs, or I can post them for you if you'd like.

This is definitely pretty negative and worth punishment.

But, I think the only times I've seen escalation to 14 day before are hate-speech or slurs being used. Are you sure this is everything from the log?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe the system is cracking down harder on the word "retard" lately. It's possible that the community reporting frequency for it has gone up enough that the system is prioritizing it more.

this system is broken anyways, dont even deny me. i had in my adventure ppl saying kys had reported them yet they can still play XD laughable
