Low ELO

So, here's the run down: My support lulu, whom I assume is either an intentional troll or small child died 3 times in lane before 4 mins to twitch and braum by standing in the middle of the enemy minion wave, soaking damage until she died. She ended the game with a 0/9/7 score or something like that. Anyway, I kept trying in lane, did NOT flame and proceeded to fight on for the rest of the game, until I was eventually flamed for my low score, I died several times as well since lulu was never there to support me and I can't exactly run from a fed twitch who just comes up to me with Q. I got flamed by my top and jungle, and when I pleaded, no begged my jungler and midlaner to let me take MY botlane cs or midlane cs or ANY cs at all, what I was met with was a pure silence before they dumped all their cooldowns into the waves. What can I do in these games, and how are players like this lulu not banned yet?
