You'll get banned for any reportable behavior if you keep doing it. Punishment is dealt in 4 steps;

  • 10 game chat restriction
  • 25 game chat restriction
  • 14 day account ban
  • Permanent account ban

Extreme behavior such as hate speech will result in bans like you say, but anything can add up to these.

I don't get it either. Warning shouldn't be required before perma ban is issued. People clearly know what they're doing when they're violating the terms, and riot's being too lenient on the punishments.
