I got banned on 'sambooski' around 5 months ago and I really want to play again :(

I was in a messed up state of mind back then, and now I'm a lot better.

Is there a spot to appeal?

If you were toxic that they decided to perma ban you, there's no coming back.

They most likely handed you a 7-14 day ban beforehand, so you knew what was coming..

Pretty much. They tried giving a bunch of perma banned people another chance and most(over 90% if I remember correctly) of them reoffended.

I realize I just wish I got another chance. If I mess up again and get reported, I will gladly accept my perm ban and continue on with my life.

You had plenty of chances before hand, you choose not to reform, face the punishment.
