Riot should really work on getting less trolls in ranked games!

So recently, I dodged a game because we were going to have Fiddlesticks support and Heimerdinger ADC. Unfortunately this was one of my games in my promo series to silver, and it counted as a loss. This is really unfair for people who actually wants to win games and climb the ladder, and it's so annoying that Riot doesn't really do anything to prevent this from happening. Yes, you can report players after the game, but at that time it's already too late, and they rarely get punished for trolling. If you dodge a game you lose a couple LP, or if you're in a promo series it will count as a loss and you get low priority queue, and all the trolls are getting is a good laugh. (AFK's should also get punished somehow.) It feels like the only things Riot is doing currently is making people OP so that they will make it to the professional level. I'm sure that most people who like this game, and want its community to be the best in its genre, agree with me. I really hope Riot sees this.

... Going off meta is NOT punishable. Fiddlesticks support is actually legit. Heimerdinger was going BOT, not ADC. Some people win game by doing stuff like this. You dodged, your fault. You could have taken the free win if you just lost your series instead. It's annoying that people think it is easy to detect trolling. There are probably thousands, if not tens of thousands trolling reports each day. Most of them aren't even legitimate. Not to mention trolling is hard as hell to detect already! How you can troll one way with Bard you can troll another with Syndra. Low priority queue is only for frequent leavers. So stop leaving.

I love this game to death, and the community has already improved immensely since a few seasons ago. I do not agree with you.

Would be cool if it Analyzed previous match history and put you with people with similar histories (such as if you had 15 deaths 0 kills your team would consist and enemy team would consist of SIMILAR people) This would make competitive much more playable and enjoyable :)
