Offensive name
I am unable to submit ticket, it loops me back to login screen, even though i am logged in. Ticket was for, what I feel is an offensive name.

That's a funny yet unoriginal name. It's not offensive though since Obama is actually a well educated and rich black man who was president of the United States.
Sorry you had to see that. I do agree that's a little overboard. If you're looking to submit a ticket, then you usually have to log back in, then pick a category, probably "I want to report abusive behavior..."
You can also submit a ticket via the moderation discord, particularly if you found that summoner's name on the boards.
While I agree the name is offensive, others, including Riot, may disagree. But I think it should be changed due to it crossing racist lines.
File a support ticket. Don't bump, though. You'll be thrown to the back of the queue.

So I went ahead and escalated the name. I am also going to forward this thread and see why you can't submit the ticket. Also, I edited out the name for naming and shaming, but it's escalated so we're all good.

I just talked to the other volunteers and they recommended that you send an email here [email protected] and try sending your ticket that way. Good luck!
I found my own success reporting an offensive name by submitting a ticket. In fact, the Riot Support person said they appreciate help finding those names because the automated system is not good at picking them up.
So file a ticket so they can take a look at it manually. A screenshot helps if you have one. You can even go down to recently played section on the social list to look for the name again to screenshot.
