Random Perma Ban after Being Hacked

I got perma banned and riot never told me why. A couple days before i got perma banned i got hacked. the hacker got complete control of my account and changed all of my information so there was no way for me to get back on. I went to riot support and supplied all the information they needed to know that I was the owner of the account,I got it back,and got to play about 3 games before i randomly got logged out and tried to log back in and randomly I was perma banned. After getting perma banned I contacted riot support to figure out why I got banned. They came in contact with me and asked for information on the account. I used the same information that I used for when I got hacked, but they told me my information was incorrect. I also found that quite weird because it was all the right information.

msg them back and reference your previous hack (and ticket number). That should take you somehwere.

I hate to tell you this, but Perma Bans are never random.

Riot employees may be human, but they don't jump to permanent bans on a whim.

It may ultimately be of no fault of your own, but failing to maintain control of your own account is technically well within reasonable cause for Riot to suspend activity.

However, they would not resort to a permanent suspension unless frequent or very high risk breaches and activity have occurred.

Again, this may not be your fault, and if possible, I genuinely hope that you are able to get some help to recover your account, but you absolutely MUST secure your account.

It's likely suspended due to account compromise.

They need to correct information to recover your account. They have to make certain it's you. Keep asking through the support ticket how you can verify your information. Maybe if you've made purchases on the account then you can prove you own the credit card or something. Just be nice and work with them.
