Possibly Scripting Lux

So i was playing Anivia normals and i encountered this Lux kept dodging literally every single skillshot i threw at her. On top of this, she managed to land 95% of her shots, with a big chunk of those being predictions. I am mastery 4 on Anivia and Xerath, so I am more than capable of landing a decent skillshot. I mentioned this to my team during the game and ended up getting flamed by the Blitzcrank. I have included a clip recorded with my computer's built-in recording software as well as the entire game downloaded directly from the client. I'll let you decide whether or not this Lux was a scripter, and if it turns out that they are then hopefully this reaches the team at Riot.
