What Exactly Did I Do Wrong Here?

So last night I played some games they went well for the most part, but the last game was rather unpleasant as there was a duo queue (a jungle nid, and a top jayce) berating our ADC who responded with rude remarks back and threatened to AFK. Anywho the entire game I was trying to keep the peace, asking them to mute each other, etc. I log in today to see that I got chat restricted for 10 games and honestly was shocked. So I read the logs of my restriction and I really don't understand where I violated the summoner's code of conduct. Sure my comments weren't angelic but I truly fail to see what I did to deserve being chat restricted for 10 games. If someone could clarify this for me I would appreciate it.

Tbh I guess at worst, just talking too much instead of focusing on the game. If this is really all there was, I'd request a manual review by submitting a Support Ticket.

However, keep in mind that these logs are not necessarily everything that contributed to the punishment. There may be a lot more games with significantly worse behavior, they just weren't chosen to be among the few provided. Player Support may be able to give more.

I would put in a support ticket.

Don't repeat the words of others as it might still offend.

This is the only reason i see it being a 10 chat restriction and it is pretty obvious it was not directed at anyone. I HOPE support will over turn this.

As for all the other games they are just games you had been recently reported in.

I think word retard trigger your chat restriction as system doesnt register what and to who you are saying it. it got retard in the database as toxic word and got you a ban

The first two I honestly don't see anything wrong with, and I'm usually pretty sensitive. The rest have a bit of passive aggressive tone, but seem "suboptimally constructive" at worst. My money's with DTNami; either a manual review might get it rescinded, or there's more you're getting punished for than what they shared with you.

From the perspective of "how to avoid this in the future"? I'd recommend against long (more than 1 line) discussions concerning "please stop flaming". If the person is truly interested in what you have to say, you can talk in post-game. If you have the long discussion mid game, it may cause your other teammates to think you're more focused on arguing than on winning the game.

this system is a pile of dog shit that just punishes the least important aspect of negative behavious because it's "easier" a company this big should be able to hire 10000 ppl in China to over see manual reviews

I think your biggest mistake is saying "please" too many times. That's a sign of weakness and should be punished. You are lucky that you got only 10 game restriction. So, next time please don't .... See, I did it too. /s

#1 you were annoying #2 you told them to do something they clearly didnt want to again and again (toxic) #3 begging wont get you far, just mute them and play

You got the chat restriction because you got reported. Now, if you ask why you got reported, probably because your teammates were world class douchebags. As far as I can tell you tried to positively encourage them (for the most part) to stop arguing and focus on winning. Towards the end you get a little upset as well but manage to maintain your composure. Current auto-punishment system is garbage and you are one of it's countless victims.
