is it reportable to deny an enemy penta by surendering

i was in a game and enemy jhin was about to get a penta we surrendered because the game was over and they would of killed the nexus with the 40 sec respawn timer their jhin was pissed and reported us all for denying him his penta ez got stuned right before the the killing shot by jhin the game ended with ez geting invincible status due to game over effect

are we reportable for surrendering and denying the penta or was it just pure dumb luck the surender denied the penta
