Restriction on hextech loot. Neverending?

So about two weeks prior to the launch of hextech crafting I was given a 5 game chat restriction. Not making any excuses, after losing 5 or 6 ranked games in a row to silly things like leavers and trolls, even I was disturbed at how upset I was at this silly game. I took my punishment, have had no prior punishments, and I have since had a much more level head while solo queueing. It's been two weeks, and I still have no idea how much longer it will be until I will be eligible for rewards again. I posted a ticket, and the answer I got disappointed me. They said that you will regain privileges after signs of "clear improvement". Well, what does that mean? Like I said, I haven't had any incidents aside from the occaisional angry kid who reports everyone for nothing. What do I need to do? Dance for Riot? Queue nothing support for an entire day? Cause I will. I feel like I've been in the doghouse far longer than my minor offense and lack of a prior criminal record warrants, and I just don't understand why I haven't been told when I get to come out of the doghouse and rejoin society. If anybody could shed some light on Riots criteria for "clear improvement" it would be much appreciated, as I would very much like to actively strive to have my restrictions lifted. I want the lootz, man.
