Though i agree me getting banned before was justifyable because i used a lot of swear words, but can somebody explain to me what flaming / toxic behaviour is, since i try my best not to use any more of them like f word etc, having conversations about the game where you criticize someone is not allowed or?

Game 1: You're constantly yelling at Azir to stop dying without actually providing any tips or advice on HOW he can actually avoid dying. Not only that but you get mad when people call you out on your behavior. These lines here pretty much sum up your behavior in that game:

This is a very poor attitude to have as it creates a vicious cycle: azir dies-you rage-he plays worse-repeat. In addition to this you also call for reports against Leblanc, albeit only once.

Advice: If you want to encourage someone to die less often then it would help if you actually give them tips and advice on how they can avoid dying as opposed to just yelling and raging at them every time they die. Doing so actually lets them know what they can do to improve their gameplay better and not have to be worried about being yelled at by you every time they mess up and die. Also, there's no need to call for reports since it only takes 1 to flag a game for review.

G2: Negativity due to being frustrated at your own poor performance in that game, but you take it out on your teammates. In regards to this line:

I find it ironic since you spend allot of time typing in chat yourself, usually just to complain and/or rage about teammates. In terms of behavior it's better than game 1 but it's still punish worthy.

Advice: I get being tilted and frustrated, I get that. However, it's better to just vent at the screen rather in chat. that way you don't bring your teammates down with you. Also, if someone is behaving poorly in chat then just mute, report and move on rather than make the situation worse.

G3: Constant yelling and raging at and calling for reports against Soraka for not taking heal until lv.4 and building/playing strangely. While you did eventually ask her why she did what she did it was only at the very end of the game and only after you spent the entire game yelling and raging at her for it, far too late for any sort of real feedback or strategy planning/adjusting. This is pretty much a repeat of game 1 only with different circumstances. If she really was trolling then your reaction just encouraged her to continue with the behavior and forces your other teammates to listen to you complain all game long assuming they didn't already mute you for it.

Advice: If you want to know why someone is playing in a way you find strange then ask them as soon as you can. Don't wait for the end of the game to do it, especially if you've spent the whole game verbally abusing and harassing that player for it. Asking early on in the game allows you and potentially them to adjust strategies and game plans sooner rather than later, and if you're respectful about it then chances are they'll listen as opposed to behaving like you did in this game.

Conclusion: When you get tilted you tend to take it out on your teammates. If someone is playing poorly or is using an unorthodox strategy, instead of offering advice or asking about the strategy you spend the entire game yelling and raging at them for it. You also seem to get upset when other players in the game call you out on your behavior as well. No one is gonna listen to you if your feedback consists of yelling and raging at every opportunity, and it's this poor behavior that got you punished. In terms of advice refer to the advice segments in each of the 3 games.

My verdict: Punish.

Your first game was just you getting mad at, I'm guessing your mid laner, for dying to Azir. Funfact: Counter picks don't mean much if the person doesn't know how to play that champ or Azir knew how to work around the fact he'd been countered. And getting mad at him doesn't help.

Your biggest mistake
