trolling or afk possible fix

just a random though. What if you created a system that the team can vote to boot the player if he or she is either trolling or AFK? then if team votes yes then you can remove player and pause game for 1 min to have a random player join team through regular matchup screen. To make it fair for player that joins a losing game he or she will be given a free match no loss of ranked points and double ranked points if won/ 10+ ranked points if its a loss. With that said Riot will also receive a record of players booted form game and it will make it easier to find offending players and deal with them accordingly after reviewing game.

Also think about getting rid of cross game chat... too much toxic talk
