Vote to Remake and Vote to Kick

Why don't we have these yet? Or at least something like them? Vote to remake would help save a lot of grief and aggravation for a lot of people. If there are Disconnecting issues or an akf or someone that's just left the game, whatever the reason, for the first 10 minutes, a Remake vote would be available to the summoners to disband the current game and start over before anyone's had to waste too much of their time on an otherwise 4v5 or worse. After the 10 minute mark, this would become unavailable.

Vote to kick would only need to require a majority of all 10 summoners to vote for the kick of the player in question. 5 would technically be a majority with it being 9 deciding the fate of the 1, but we could even up it to 6 to help remove any abuse of the system. I think a system like this would do a lot of good toxic players and players that assist the enemy team: feeding and giving out the locations of players on their team. The catch would be that if a vote to kick is completed that the game wouldn't be worth any points or experience. I realize this doesn't sound so great for the team that may have been winning etc, and that's kind of the point. It's not a feature that should be abused so that a team has an easier 5v4 advantage. As such, a surrender could be thrown at no cost to the losing team and everybody starts over without having to worry about that Negative Nancy that just ruined the current game. We could even go so far as to have the system put them in a low priority queue for their next game so that they can really reflect on their behavior. This would be the equivalent of being reported.

I realize I'm just a lowly Gold ranked summoner, but I've thought about these features for a while now and I'm honestly surprised that we haven't seen anything from Riot at least considering these features or similar. I realize it's not a perfectly planned in my explanations here, it's just a general idea. What are your thoughts? I'd really like to see what the community thinks about this.

Vote to kick would be abused...terribly. "I wanted bot!" KICK! "I hate that character!" KICK! "He bought a health potion!" KICK! "It's Tuesday!" KICK! "Oxygen is everywhere." KICK!

You think I'm joking?

Besides, why screw yourself over by kicking out your teammates? Since the game doesn't replace or even AI play those that leave, you'd be outnumbered quickly.

The system would never work because the enemy team will never side with your team as they could care less if you have a troll since it benefits them. In a perfect world it sounds good but in League of Legends it's not realistic.

So if you or someone in your team is owning, your opponents can start vote to kick and kick him, they would just need one toxic douche in your team to cripple you? Vode to kick should NEVER be implemented here. It can be abused easily. Also vote to remake is idiotic, why would opponents accept remake, when they can win?

I'm blown away by how pessimistic you guys are Lol, completely blown away. As I mentioned in my OP, voting to kick would make the match worth 0 Exp, 0 IP, 0 LP. Tell me how that can be abused? Vote to kick is idiotic? I know that I at least have been in a game where both sides agree that the game isn't fun any more because of an afk or disconnect.
