To answer, technically you can't report him on the client, you would have to send a support ticket and include the unedited screen shot.

That's literally a federal crime actually, so you could report it to the FBI if you want to. I'm not saying you should, but you could. A big company like Riot is no doubt aware of just how much a serious legal matter sending death threats online actually is so they'll probably act upon it.
