my account has been banned but i did nothing wrong never have iv been playing for 3 years iv spent money on this account and all but because someone unauthorized accessed my account and ranked me up (i didnt know at first) i got banned but once i realized i was being hacked i changed my password immediately can somone please help me i did nothing wrong yet iv been perma banned!!
Sometimes in cases of account theft, they will ban the account until they're able to resolve the issue. At this point, your best course of action is probably to submit a ticket to support.riotgames.com and they would handle it from there.
If it isn't you, and Riot made a mistake they have ways to check. They will more then likely compare the Ip/mac address from your most played location to see if you were hacked. If you have no clue how someone would get your password, and haven't done so I would run a program on your computer to check for any malware. If it comes back that you are clean then I'm not sure how someone would get your password. The only thing I could think of is they were lucky enough to guess (doubtful), you used the same password from another game and they were able to remember it from there, or you gave the information out.
I would also suggest Malwarebytes if you just want a free option for an option for the scan.

For some reason, I feel like you actually were using hacks/scripts or whatever and now you're trying to cover it up by saying it wasn't you... Riot ain't stupid, people can't get your account unless you purposely went on sites that ask for your password in exchange for scripts and stuff.. I don't know but for some reason I feel like that.
