Hi! .... I was gonna play a ranked game and my computer froze, and when i restarted the computer i logged in again and the game was over (STUPID REMAKE) and then i got a 20 min leaverbuster ban for 5 games... I mean THATS JUST UNFAIR.. It's not really my problem that my computer froze for some odd reason so i needed to restart the damn thing. PLEASE i beg you remove my 20 minutes leaverbust ban.. Cause if i have a leaverbust on 20 min then no friend wanna play with me :( .. And also i had a 10 min ban for same reason and no one wanted to play with me cause they had to wait for 10 min... anyways i feel like it's not fair that my computer freezes so i need to restart it and when i get back and relog i get a sertain minute ban...

You don't get 20 minute queue penalties for just leaving one game, it takes quite a few instances of DCs or going AFK for that. Even if it was just a purely random occurrence, you are still responsible for making sure that you can stay connected to the game.

isnt this NA forum ? Anw, you dont get ban for afk 1 game, you get ban after 4-5 games of afk in a short amount of time
