Legitimately Unfair 2-Week Suspension

So I get it that people are going to try and say that I am playing the victim here, but at least read all the details before bashing :)

So, I was 2 week suspended yesterday while leveling a new account and grinding away at getting Worlds Tokens in order to eventually obtain the coveted new Prestigious Kaisa skin. As you can guess I'm very annoyed and triggered. This suspension came after no previous negative activity on the account and frankly nothing is toxic in the presented "reform card" that shows my chat. Not going to lie, I have been antagonistic towards trolls and people who refuse to listen/stop feeding/not go afk, etc. in my ranked games on other accounts. With that said, my full intention with this account is to be clean in chat and not rage at people who are likely just trolling to get a rise out of someone. There are 2 possible messages that may have been flagged for trigger words but I was in no way flaming or being aggro, I am a naturally sarcastic person and I often use chat in a joking manner (also this is a normal game so why would I even care to flame).

The only things I can think of that would have gotten me punished were "f off" which was in response to the ever familiar intentionally antagonistic troll who was stealing jungle buffs and trying to last hit minions in multiple lanes the entire game. You know, the people that never actually get punished for griefing, but should. and "Braindead pile", short for braindead pile-up, was in reference to a clown fiesta happening in a clumped-up team fight where everyone was missing abilities hilariously and playing poorly, because again, its a low-level norms game and people aren't try-harding, and playing fun builds.

Are these messages enough to really warrant an instant 2-week ban, without any prior chat ban or negative activity ?! I think I'm just going to have to make myself never use chat again in this game, it's so frustrating trying to have fun in and be cheeky in comms with fellow players, just to get randomly reported and unfairly punished. Seems increasingly common that a premade troll squad will que up just to report everyone in game. I have had friends that have stopped playing the game altogether because of getting flamed by duos and premades that have more "reporting sway/power". THAT is toxic. Is this the behavior that Riot's system wants to promote? Actual toxic troll lowlifes that think it's fun to try to get random people banned? I know some of you have experienced this and if you haven't you're either lucky, or must not play in NA too often lmao. Here are the messages I included to argue my case:

"Ok, but I legitimately don't think anything in the above copy paste warrants a 2 week suspension. I was being sarcastic and joking the entire time and having fun, nobody was being flamed. I don't even know why people took the time to report anyone. I have received countless instant feedback reports of actual toxic players being punished that I have reported. IF ANYTHING, sure give the account the first punishment (10 game chat ban?) if you really think this one game where I said one subjectively provocative thing deserves punishment."

"I was not difficult to play with over a "large number of matches", evidenced by the chat log from a single game being brought up by bot. The definition of "negative and abusive behavior" clearly wasn't met. Nothing said was specifically rage, flame, griefing, toxic; rather small examples of playful sarcastic banter. "Braindead pile", which I'm guessing might be a trigger word for the automated system, is synonymous for "clown fiesta" where a group of players are dancing around missing abilities and all of the champs eventually die. There are even a few messages included that are nice and encouraging to my teammates ("ily" and "nt bb"). This seems to be a random error in the automated system, and is making me question why Riot even includes a chat feature if it is going to be used to prosecute people that like playing and contributing financially to the game. In fact, it wasn't directly after this particular game that I got the "account suspended" message, so it seems super randomized. Should I never use the chat at all? There have been multiple instances of EXTREME toxic behavior from players in my recent games, they were reported, and I haven't received an instant feed back message. This automated system perhaps only takes into account the number of reports from one game it seems, so if a whole 5-man premade doesn't like the fact that you played well and contributed to their loss, they could potentially report you and get your account randomly and unfairly banned? I'd appreciate some form of sensical explanation or dismissal."

Someone please help me out, am I experiencing the inefficiency of the punishment system, or do I deserve an instant 2 week for the minor things that were said in ONE GAME?, that likely the majority of players have uttered at least once. It's not like I flamed and used overt profanity, racial slurs, "kys", or homophobic terms. It almost seems like Riot is tracking my IP address because the punishment seems way overboard and the fact that I have been permad on other accounts should not impede my attempt to actively reform on this new account. I almost feel bullied by the system at this point, I really enjoy playing the game and earning/buying cosmetic items so I want to keep my chat classy, but I feel like everyone "slips up" every now and then without a punishment like this. I have played with countless players who legit say things like "kys btw" and "you're trash" in all chat with 0 punishment (I know bc they were reported and I didn't receive an instant feedback message).

Let me know your thoughts, thanks for taking the time to read, and have a great day!

Got in touch with a Riot employee and they sympathize but can't reverse the ban

So Lesson is: literally don't say anything in chat in this game, ever, unless it is kissing the ass of another player, or factual things like "jungler no smite", "mid no f or ignite"

Looking at that portion of the chat (and the bot says "some" so it's not necessarily all). I can definitely see what I believe triggered an escalation (the brain-dead and insulting reference to their score wasn't good either, but not escalation worthy).

Your repeated references to "coon trap" falls cleanly into the "racial slurs" no-no.

Going to need that report card with the chat logs for us to judge if it's worth a punishment or not.

I'm also fairly certain that the system judges low level smurfs more harshly, because why shouldn't they? But that's just conjecture on my part.

"coon trap" sounds derogatory.
