It's called trying to play a smurf account. I swear every game once your mmr gets a little higher is filled w/ literally 80-90% toxic players. Confirmed by checking their profiles post-game and seeing all of their honor points sitting at 0s and 1s while being in the mid to high 20s in level. Obviously indicating they have been recently punished and reset.

My guess is most people are playing their smurfs because their mains are banned or something. What an absolutely abysmal gaming experience Riot.
