Queue - Blind pick & Lane calling

I have a huge problem going through Blind Pick.

Usually the way it goes is you wait to see what is open or lanes, or you spam spam spam your lane to make sure you get it. The big problem is, even if you call your lane, some people might go "I called mid, I didn't see you say it. Im mid" and you cant do anything about it but either leave, or deal with him. In my opinion there should be some way (other than draft pick or other modes) implemented into Blind Pick to at least show an employee or report the player saying "Hey, I called my lane, but he's taking it either way, even though I got it fair and square."

Anyone else agree or have this problem?
