Hello, i got permabanned on my account a few weeks ago. I didn't know why, because i never had ban and i never done anything bad, i tried to be positive and friendly in games. I spend on that account a lots of time and now u said i am permabanned? I searched why i got banned and i found an e-mail with message "Your account has been permanently banned after it has been detected with using scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends...". What?? I never used anything like this and i don't know how to do that, too. I tried to write on support, but they said me that:

"Hello Tester802,

Your account has been permanently banned after it has been detected with using scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts which are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which you can read here:

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

The thing you should also keep in mind is that this action has not been taken against you, it has been taken against an account which has been detected with the scripts.

I am really sorry for your ban, however, the good part is that you can always create another account and start playing again, you're more than welcome to do that and I hope you understood the consequences of 3rd party applications and you will not continue using them.

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations, I'm sorry for the inconveniences, but I am sure you can understand.

I really don't know what to do, maybe someone hacked my account and used scripts.. Does anyone here have any experience with this ? Sorry for my english.. Tester802

many skin mods have hidden features such as jungler timers, CS separators, FoW free vision. Those certainly give unfair advantages over others.

There are certain mouse / key board macros that also give you advantages such as increased click speed.

So if you have any of those, then they are punishable offenses.

If you didn't do any of them, then it will be up to you to prove your innocence. Find a game that is not yours within you match history , send them the link and let them know it wasn't you.
