People pretending to be Asian/Actual asians verbally abusing in their native tongue.

Ok. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. At this current moment I am leveling up a smurf account just for Kha-zix. (ik ik "oh youre smurfing you deserve it", well as it happens i actually try to teach new people who are trying a champ for the first time or are new so :P) anyways. These past two days i have played with and against several duos and up of players that either pretend to be asian using google translated sentences that are derogatory or just filling the in game and out of game chat with random symbols. I understand you wanna play in NA or troll cause its a low level account, but that kind of bull is what makes new players leave.

EDIT: ok so basically people seem to be missing what im saying in this. People are getting away with verbally harassing teammates by either A. Speaking a different language (WHICH I NEVER SAID WASNT ALLOWED) or B. PRETENDING to speak another language and spamming symbols in chat while continuing to verbally abuse in pre-game and after game lobbies. If you copy and paste the stuff into google translate you can easily tell whats fake or not.
