Hey everyone, Just got an email say i was permanently banned but i never got an email why. can someone pls help. i have invested hundreds into this game.

Try to log into your account, there should be a message popping up and telling you the reason why you were banned. If not, you can contact the support and ask them for information about your ban.

We don't send chat logs to email anymore. The only way they are viewed is by attempting to login and viewing them on the reform card screen.
