I got banned for missconduct and being abusive but the lee in our game was being very toxic right back I do understand that it is no excuse but what he said was really not okay to say to people he wouldn't listen to the whole group decisions it was not fair for me to get banned but he is able to stay online it really doesn't matter but I would like some justice I have no real proof of what he said but I have witnesses of what the lee said to us If you would like to contact us plz reply

Lee´s case gets looked at if you reported him and he will get punished accordingly. Your case gets looked at and you got punished accordingly. You said it yourself that his doings arent excusing yours. You cant know if he got a punishment or not as this is information only shared between Riot and the player himself.

It's entirely possible he's a first offender and you already had strikes against you.

Let's say a game has a policy where it takes (random number) 30 games of poor behaviour that violates the agreed upon rules to get yourself banned from it.

John had 8 games of bad behaviour. Chad had 29 games of bad behaviour.

How is it fair that John gets banned just because he argued with Chad in Chad's last game? How is that justice?

i got banned for inting yesterday cuz my teammate intentionally banned the champion i was hovering. : )
