Banned for what, and WHY

Hi my name is Marvin L Russell, and i am the owner of the account MLR2702 on the NA sever. I have ran into a problem while playing League of Legends.

i was playing all morning then i stopped for a 2hr period to make food for my kids and when i returned there was a window on my screen that said i was banned and this client will close. i tried to log into the game and it told me to read my email. after reading my email it said i was banned for a 3rd party program.

This is the thing i don't use 3rd party programs, the only program i have up at the same time as league is my VLC music, or teamspeak 3. i don't understand why i am being banned, i did not break any rules.

I have been a member of this game since season two, when i started playing this game VoliBear was the new champion. I don't know how long that is but i have worked hard to build my account with buying skins and collecting all then champion, and i don't think it is fair to ban me for something that i have not done.

Is there someone in High management that is willing to talk me about this. plz via emaill me, or call me asap <nope>
