thoughts on the newish honor system

i liked the new honor system when it came out because you got a cool flair and keys dropped a bit and now that i'm standing in "honor" 5 i haven't gotten a key frag in 2 weeks haven't seen a capsule and worst part about it is some guy i play with keeps gaining more keys than me even though he's gotten his honor lowered quite a bit so why is this promoting toxicity
